OUR LEARNING METHODS
Stage 1
Focus on input to understand the meaning of the utterances
During this stage, the student is normally silent while listening to new words and gaining an understanding of the language. So the first goal here is to help the students develop listening fluency.
Total physical response(TPR) is language teaching method developed by James Asher, which emphasize the importance of listening to language development, and do not require spoken output in the early stages of learning. So classroom activities consist of physical responses to commands given by the teacher.
